Please note: as the apartment is located in an attic, it features varying ceiling heights. In some parts towards the rear of the apartment, the maximum height is 165 cm, which may affect comfort for taller guests.
This 40 m² top-floor apartment is located in a stunning historic building and offers all the essentials for a comfortable short or extended stay.
The open layout features a cozy living and sleeping area with a plush queen-size bed (160 cm), a built-in wardrobe, full-length mirror, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. The stylish sofa in the living area easily converts into a bed, offering additional sleeping space when needed, without compromising on comfort or design.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and includes a fridge, a combined microwave/oven, an electric stove, cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Enjoy your meals at the integrated dining space, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or evening wine.
The bathroom is clean, modern, and well-equipped with fresh towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

The location of an apartment is very central. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs.
This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is available in the surroundings of the apartment. All accessible within walking distance.
Indeed, you are in a 1-minute walk from the main street Calle Larios, a 3-minute walk from la Plaza de la Merced and about 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.
The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 20-30 min.
There are several parking lots nearby, the closest ones are Parking Tejon and Parking Granados.
There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you wish to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment.
