This new ski condo also makes the perfect home base for year-round recreation due to its convenient location close to the Dillon Reservoir, hiking trails, mountain biking, and fly fishing. The condo features inviting, alpine-inspired decor and all-new furnishings for complete modern comfort. The full kitchen is equipped to easily prepare anything from slopeside snacks to home-cooked meals. A fireplace, a smart TV, and an updated sofa are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. The private balcony enjoying sunny afternoons or a steamy cup of morning coffee. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is room for one vehicle to park in the garage and one outside of the garage. County permit number: BCA-72469.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
