The Neighborhood
Poreč is one of Croatia's most renowned tourist hotspots, boasting nearly two millennia of history. Nestled on the Adriatic coast and sheltered by the island of Sveti Nikola, this ancient city is rich in cultural heritage. In its historic center, you'll find the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica, a stunningly preserved example of early Byzantine art in the Mediterranean. The old town's streets retain their original Roman layout, reminiscent of the ancient castrum. Notable landmarks include the charming Marafor Square, home to the remnants of the Temple of Neptune, alongside the Romanesque house, the Pentagonal Tower, and the Round Tower. The Poreč coastline stretches for 37 kilometers, extending from the Mirna River near Novigrad in the north to Funtana and Vrsar in the south. Just 9 km to the north lies the Baredine Cave, Istria's sole geomorphological natural monument, while 20 km to the south is the Lim Bay, the longest in Istria, famed for its fish and shellfish farms.

- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
