This 3-bedroom riverfront cabin in Granby, Colorado sits inside the Cabins at Edgewater community, where four stocked trout ponds and the Fraser River run directly behind the property. Sleeping 7 across a king suite with private balcony, a queen bedroom, and a triple twin bunk room, the cabin works as a summer fly-fishing basecamp or a winter ski house — Winter Park Resort and Grand Lake are 20 minutes away, Lake Granby is 15, and the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park is about 30. Inside: a full kitchen with gas range, gas fireplace, Smart TV, washer/dryer, and 2.5 baths. Outside: a grill deck, covered patio, and community pool, hot tub, playground, and pedal boats on an HOA seasonal schedule. Downtown Granby’s restaurants, live music, and shops are a 10-minute walk. The cabin sleeps 7 across two levels — living space downstairs, all three bedrooms up. ➔ Living Room Gas fireplace, leather sectional, Smart TV, and a full pull-out couch under big river-facing windows. ➔ Kitchen & Dining Full kitchen with gas range and dishwasher, banquette dining nook, and a front deck with a Weber grill. ➔ Primary Bedroom (upstairs) King bed, en-suite bath, and a private balcony looking over the ponds toward the Continental Divide. ➔ Bedroom 2 (upstairs) Queen bed with water views; the stacked washer/dryer is right here. ➔ Bedroom 3 (upstairs) Triple twin bunk (250 lb limit per bunk) — the kids’ favorite room in the house. ➔ Bathrooms Two full baths upstairs (one en-suite), half bath on the main floor. ➔ Outside Front patio with grill, back patio facing the pond, plus community pool, hot tub, playground, pedal boats, and fly-fishing water. You have the entire cabin to yourselves, plus the Edgewater community amenities: pool, hot tub, playground, pedal boats, the kids’ fishing pond, and catch-and-release fly fishing on the ponds and the Fraser River. The pool and hot tub run on an HOA seasonal schedule — check Other Things to Note before booking around them. Self check-in with a keypad. Parking for 2 standard vehicles at the cabin; trailers and extra vehicles use the overflow lot at the north end of the resort, to the right of the owners’ sheds. You’ll want a car. The cabin sits just off US-40: Winter Park is 20 minutes east over no mountain passes, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park’s west side are 30 minutes north, and Denver is about 1 hour 45 minutes (allow extra on winter weekends for Berthoud Pass). Amtrak’s California Zephyr stops in Granby daily if you’d rather ride than drive. Around town you can walk: downtown Granby’s restaurants and shops are 10 minutes on foot. Parking at the cabin fits 2 standard vehicles; trailers and oversized vehicles go in the overflow lot at the resort’s north end. As of July 10, 2026: EDGEWATER RESORT HOT TUB OUT OF ORDER. Hot tub: closed Oct 1–Nov 21; open Nov 22–27; Fri–Sun through Dec 23; daily Dec 23–31; Fri–Sun Jan–Apr; closed Apr 24–May 29; daily Jun–Aug. Pool: summer season.
