We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Etosha combines traditional, Saharan concepts with modern finishing to create a unique design in this stunning 100 square meter home. Spectacular apartment in Consell de Cent street, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathroomS. The apartment is being refurbished and furnished by Property Manager’s design team and will be available from April on. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and kitchenware. The beds are equipped with soft bedding, ideal for a good night’s rest. The apartment has 2 bathrooms equipped with full shower and towels. In addition, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning for your maximum comfort. *Our moodboard is intended to give you a sense of the interior design of the home. Final photos will be ready soon. Property Manager does not claim ownership of the photos used for the moodboard. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
