Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. This typical Barcelona style flat benefits from beautiful floor tiles, high ceilings, and intricate moldings. Upon entering the flat, you come across a dining alcove with a large wooden table, the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast. Across the hallway, there is a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ample storage room. The huge open space kitchen adorned with black vinyl finishings, is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and all cooking equipment. The living room is designed with neutral tones, which are balanced with the vibrancy of the hanging greenery over the kitchen island and the impressive fig tree. The bedroom is separated by large white doors, and the dark blue walls create a more relaxing atmosphere. There is a large queen sized bed, and a yellow center piece on the bedroom wall adding a pop of color. Both the living room and the bedroom have balconies from which you can view the city scenes of Fontanella and Placa Catalunya. In addition, there are two full bathrooms - one with a bathtub and the other with a rain-shower head to suit your preference. The mix of color tones, photos of mountains landscapes, and unique details create a modern yet inviting space. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. The plants are live and vibrant, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
