Biescas features a comfortable double bedroom with a plush queen size bed and a dedicated workstation, ensuring that you have everything you need for a peaceful and productive stay. The bathroom is elegant and modern, complete with all the amenities you need to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. The living room is bright and airy, with large windows that flood the space with natural light. Relax on the comfortable sofa while you watch your favorite movie or TV show on the full entertainment system. The living room also leads out to a lovely balcony sitting area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the stunning views. The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a dining table for intimate meals. The mountainous green space behind the dining table brings the space to life. The apartment also features air conditioning, ensuring that you stay cool and comfortable during the warm summer months. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please, note that this apartment does not allow pets. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
