This one-bedroom, one-bathroom beauty resides in the heart of Gracia. Acclaimed for its fashionably alternative atmosphere, it’s a perfect destination for perusing through pop-up shops or trying local flavors. Batam knows outdoor living. The spacious 16 square meter terrace is enveloped in rattan decor and intentional touches of rich greenery. The four-person dining arrangement to the right invites guests to have a meal while the hammock, sheathed in macrame detailing allows guests to unwind. Outdoor gives way to indoor as guests step back inside to the radiant living space. Earthy textiles and leafy palms honor the tradition of Indonesian design. The living room offers a full entertainment system complete with a branded record player to reflect a Gracia-style flare. To the right of the room is a dedicated workstation. Take a couple of steps further to find a spacious kitchen setup. Equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and utensils, the kitchen appeals to a bon vivant’s dreams. The high-top breakfast bar is the final delight to this unparalleled space. Batam concludes with a divine bedroom. The space is flush with bohemian textures and burnt sienna hues. A queen-sized bed and ample storage space make the room fit for rest and rejuvenation. The sliding glass doors call attention to the second outdoor space of the home; offering a romantic terrace for two. Back in the bathroom, the splendorous, ensuite bathroom shows a playful side to the space with contemporary subway tiling, retro fixtures, and a walk-in shower. All linens and bedding are provided. Please, note that this apartment does not allow pets. *Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
