Upon entering this wonderful property, you will be captivated by its enormous terraces. To your right, you will find comfortable sofas where you can immerse yourself in reading a good book. On the next terrace, you will discover the perfect place to delight your senses with culinary delights at a long table. Descending a few small stairs, the pool awaits you, an oasis where you can swim or simply relax. Additionally, you will find sun loungers to enjoy the sun, umbrellas, and a beautiful bench with a canopy to protect you from the sun while having conversations by the pool. Upon entering through the main door, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright living room with high ceilings and comfortable armchairs. This space has several doors that connect to the outside and a television for enjoying your favorite movies or shows. Additionally, you will have Wi-Fi access throughout the house. From the living room, you will find two doors at the back: one in each corner. Upon entering through the right door, you will be welcomed by a modern kitchen equipped with an island, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, and all necessary utensils. You will also find a table with chairs. From the kitchen, you can access the terrace in front of the pool, the living room, and the back terrace. Chalet Bella Fonte offers five beautiful bedrooms. Four of them are located along a hallway. On one side, you will find a double bedroom, another double bedroom just opposite it, and in between both bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the hallway, there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub between both bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is located outside the house to the right. You can access it from the back terrace and enjoy a spacious room overlooking the pool, two comfortable individual armchairs, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. From this bedroom, there is a locked door that provides access to the laundry room. You can also access the laundry room from outside through another door from the terrace. All bedrooms have ample closets, are decorated in light tones, and and include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. On the back terrace, you will find an additional bathroom and shower. There is also a ping pong table for your enjoyment. As additional features, Chalet Bella Fonte has two portable barbecues. The chalet enjoys an excellent location, just a 5-minute drive or 24-minute walk from the center of Pollença, close to shops and supermarkets. In Pollença, you will find shops, a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the afternoon and take part in its activities. On Sundays, there is a local farmer’s market in the main square where you can find an abundance of local vegetables, fruits, and spices. The beach of Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing under the sun or for the more active ones, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by locals), there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences, and even a couple of bars.
