The property offers several well-arranged terraces designed to enjoy outdoor living throughout the day. At the front, there is a seating area with sofas, ideal for reading or relaxing, while another terrace features a large outdoor dining table, perfect for shared meals. A few steps down leads to the private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and a shaded seating area with a covered bench, creating a comfortable space to unwind or cool off.
Inside, the villa features a bright and spacious living room with high ceilings, comfortable sofas, and several direct exits to the terraces, allowing plenty of natural light and a pleasant connection with the outdoors. The living room includes a television, and free wifi is available throughout the house.
From here, guests access the kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers all the facilities needed to cook comfortably during the stay. It includes a central island, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, complete kitchenware, and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen connects to the living room, the pool terrace, and the rear terrace.
Chalet Bella Fonte offers five well-distributed bedrooms. Four are located inside the main house along a corridor. Two double bedrooms with double beds face each other and share a bathroom with shower between them. On the opposite side, there are two bedrooms with single beds (convertible into a double bed), sharing a full bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The fifth bedroom is located in an external annex, accessed from the rear terrace. It is a spacious room with pool views, a seating area with armchairs, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. From this bedroom, there is also access to the laundry room. All bedrooms feature large wardrobes, light-coloured décor, and hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day.
At the rear of the house, guests will find an additional bathroom with shower, a table tennis table for entertainment, and two portable barbecues, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals in a relaxed setting.
Car hire is recommended to move around comfortably and explore the surroundings. The villa is just 5 minutes by car from the centre of Pollença, with its supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, and popular Sunday market, and also close to Puerto de Pollença, known for its beach, seafront promenade, and water sports.

About the area
Pollença, nestled in the northern corner of Mallorca, Spain, is a charming town that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. This picturesque destination is a treasure trove for travelers seeking a serene escape with a touch of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The town's historic center is a labyrinth of narrow, winding streets that lead to the grand Plaça Major, the main square. Here, visitors can admire the imposing 13th-century church, Església de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels, and enjoy the bustling weekly market where local artisans and farmers showcase their products.
Pollença's Roman bridge, known as "Pont Romà," is a testament to the town's ancient past and is a popular spot for photographs. The Calvari steps, a set of 365 stone steps, offer a challenging climb rewarded with panoramic views of the town and the surrounding Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. At the top, the Oratory of Calvari is a peaceful sanctuary worth visiting.
For those interested in art and culture, the Museu de Pollença houses a collection of works by local and international artists, as well as artifacts that narrate the town's history. The town also hosts the prestigious Pollença Festival, which attracts music lovers with its classical concerts held in the atmospheric Santo Domingo cloister.
Nature enthusiasts will find Pollença an ideal base for exploring the Tramuntana range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hiking, cycling, and bird watching are popular activities in this region, with trails leading to stunning landscapes and hidden coves. The nearby Cap de Formentor offers dramatic cliffside views and the picturesque Formentor Beach, with its crystal-clear waters, is perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
Pollença's port, Port de Pollença, is a short drive away and is renowned for its beautiful beachfront promenade lined with cafes and restaurants. The port area also offers a range of water sports, including sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing.
The town's culinary scene reflects the rich agricultural heritage of the region, with local restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan dishes made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. From tapas bars to upscale dining, there's something to satisfy every palate.
In summary, Pollença captivates visitors with its historic charm, cultural richness, and stunning natural surroundings. It's a place where one can immerse in the slow pace of island life, enjoy the arts, and embrace the great outdoors, all within the beautiful setting of Mallorca.
