Villa Picasa Alt is an exclusive traditional Mallorcan villa with stunning mountain views, set in an idyllic location in the Tramuntana Mountains, a World Heritage Site, and only a 10 min drive from the charming old town of Pollensa.

This beautiful two-floor villa has 4 bedrooms, offering ample space to accommodate families and groups of friends. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a spacious living and dining room with wooden furniture that gives it a warm and cozy feel. To the right, you will find a charming sitting area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet with a good book in your hands. The comfortable armchairs invite you to enjoy your favorite programs or films on the television. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with all the necessary elements to prepare delicious meals. From the kitchen, there is access to a terrace where you will find the barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious barbecues while enjoying the views of the beautiful swimming pool. There is also free WiFi available throughout the house so you can stay connected during your stay.
On this same floor, you will find a double bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe to store all your belongings, as well as a full bathroom with bathtub.
From the living room, you can access the staircase leading to the other three bedrooms and a small sitting area with unique views. On the right, there is a spacious bedroom with two beds, an en-suite bathroom, and beautiful panoramic views, as well as two comfortable armchairs from which you can wake up and enjoy the scenery directly from your room. The other two bedrooms also feature two single beds each, built-in wardrobes, and stunning views of the surrounding gardens. One of the bedrooms even includes a comfortable desk, ideal for guests who need a workspace during their stay.

Villa Picasa Alt is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the mountains, only 10 minutes drive from the old town of Pollensa, and 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa. To get there it is necessary to use the car as it is located in the mountains.
In Pollensa you will find shops, a cultural center, Pollensa market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers’ market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices abound.
The beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicente (or simply Cala, as it is known by the locals) there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
