Chalet Lloberina is a beautifully restored historic villa in Pollença. Built around 500 years ago, it perfectly blends history and comfort in an idyllic setting. Its location, surrounded by nature with panoramic views of the Colonya Valley, offers a retreat of unmatched tranquility and beauty.
The outdoor space is designed for maximum enjoyment. Its impressive carved stone pool with gentle slopes invites relaxing swims, while comfortable loungers, spacious terraces, and a pergola-covered dining area for eight create the perfect setting for unforgettable outdoor moments. Next to the pool, a built-in barbecue allows for delicious meals while loved ones have fun. The gardens feature majestic olive trees and fruit trees, offering the chance to pick fresh lemons or juicy oranges in season.
Inside, Chalet Lloberina is spread over two floors, combining traditional elements with modern comforts. On the ground floor, the rustic-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and ample storage space, along with a table for cozy breakfasts. From here, you enter a spacious dining room with high ceilings and views of the impressive original stone entrance. The living room, decorated with wooden beams and tiled floors, offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere with comfortable sofas and satellite TV with limited channels. A laundry room with a washing machine adds convenience.
The bedrooms are designed to ensure restful sleep and stand out for their spaciousness and local-style décor. All are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, programmed according to local energy-saving initiatives, operating from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
Stairs from the dining room lead to the first floor, where you’ll find four bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and two double bedrooms with double beds, also with their own en-suite bathrooms. All bathrooms are fully equipped with showers and essential toiletries for guests’ comfort. In case of 9 guests, an extra foldable bed will be provided, which can be placed in the living room.
Chalet Lloberina is located in a privileged area of Pollença. Just a five-minute drive away, you can explore its old town, full of unique shops, authentic restaurants, and fascinating historic sites. Don’t miss the Sunday market, where you’ll find fresh local produce.
For seaside enjoyment, Puerto Pollença is only fifteen minutes away by car, ideal for beach relaxation or water sports like kayaking, jet skiing, or boat trips. For crystal-clear waters, Cala Sant Vicenç is a must.
A car is recommended for full freedom to explore the island’s most charming corners.
