Access to the villa is via a picturesque rural lane leading to the main entrance through a covered porch. From here, the surroundings offer mountain views and a pleasant, calm atmosphere. At the back of the house, a vine-covered terrace opens out towards the pool and connects through double patio doors to the spacious and bright living room. The fully equipped kitchen, with marble countertops, provides all the facilities needed for comfortable cooking during your stay. The property offers free wifi throughout.
The interior layout is practical and comfortable. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a second independent full bathroom. From the dining area, a spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where a safety gate is installed at the top, ideal for younger guests. This level features another double bedroom, a full bathroom in the hallway and a twin bedroom. The entire house has hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day.
The outdoor areas are designed for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The pool, surrounded by flowers and plants, invites you to relax in the sun. Next to it, a brick-built barbecue with seating provides the perfect space for outdoor dinners or quiet meals in the shade.
