Villa Can Esteva welcomes you to a peaceful natural setting in the north of Mallorca, where mountain views accompany every moment by the pool. Here you will enjoy an authentic Mallorcan villa, built with local stone and designed for comfortable outdoor living.
The villa is located in a quiet area, with easy access to the beaches and some of the island’s most charming towns, such as Pollença, Puerto de Pollença and Alcúdia. You will have free wifi throughout the house, ideal for staying connected during your holiday.
On arrival, a gated driveway leads to private parking within the property. From the entrance you can access the house and also the rear outdoor area, where the pool and garden are located. On the ground floor, you will find a bright, modern living room with comfortable sofas—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Next to it, the dining area offers a table and chairs for sharing meals together. The traditional wooden kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need to cook comfortably; it also opens directly onto the garden and terrace, with pleasant views over the pool and mountains. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms. The villa has 1 double bedroom with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom and shower, plus 3 twin bedrooms with two single beds each, all offering good storage space and views of either the mountains or the pool area. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning is on a timer from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. If you wish, unlimited use is available for an additional supplement.
Outside, the main highlight is the private pool, surrounded by lawn and a spacious garden, with a covered terrace that is perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying a quiet evening. From here you can plan your outings: the historic centre of Pollença with its market and restaurants, the port and beach of Puerto de Pollença for water sports, the lively walled old town of Alcúdia, or the crystal-clear coves of Cala Sant Vicenç.

About the area
Pollença, nestled in the northern corner of Mallorca, Spain, is a charming town that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. This picturesque destination is a treasure trove for travelers seeking a serene escape with a touch of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The town's historic center is a labyrinth of narrow, winding streets that lead to the grand Plaça Major, the main square. Here, visitors can admire the imposing 13th-century church, Església de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels, and enjoy the bustling weekly market where local artisans and farmers showcase their products.
Pollença's Roman bridge, known as "Pont Romà," is a testament to the town's ancient past and is a popular spot for photographs. The Calvari steps, a set of 365 stone steps, offer a challenging climb rewarded with panoramic views of the town and the surrounding Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. At the top, the Oratory of Calvari is a peaceful sanctuary worth visiting.
For those interested in art and culture, the Museu de Pollença houses a collection of works by local and international artists, as well as artifacts that narrate the town's history. The town also hosts the prestigious Pollença Festival, which attracts music lovers with its classical concerts held in the atmospheric Santo Domingo cloister.
Nature enthusiasts will find Pollença an ideal base for exploring the Tramuntana range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hiking, cycling, and bird watching are popular activities in this region, with trails leading to stunning landscapes and hidden coves. The nearby Cap de Formentor offers dramatic cliffside views and the picturesque Formentor Beach, with its crystal-clear waters, is perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
Pollença's port, Port de Pollença, is a short drive away and is renowned for its beautiful beachfront promenade lined with cafes and restaurants. The port area also offers a range of water sports, including sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing.
The town's culinary scene reflects the rich agricultural heritage of the region, with local restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan dishes made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. From tapas bars to upscale dining, there's something to satisfy every palate.
In summary, Pollença captivates visitors with its historic charm, cultural richness, and stunning natural surroundings. It's a place where one can immerse in the slow pace of island life, enjoy the arts, and embrace the great outdoors, all within the beautiful setting of Mallorca.
