The covered porch offers a pleasant outdoor lounge and dining area, with comfortable sofas and space for al fresco meals, creating a separate spot that is perfect for gathering together. Alongside the barbecue, this corner invites relaxed dinners with family or friends, with views over the countryside and the silhouette of the Tramuntana Mountains. The property has private access leading directly to the covered parking area, with space to park two cars comfortably. Inside, on the ground floor, the living room is bright and spacious, with traditional wooden beams and doors opening onto the covered terrace and pool area. The house features a welcoming living/dining space and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is separate, modern and carefully designed, fully equipped and providing everything you need to cook comfortably, plus a small auxiliary table ideal for breakfasts or informal meals. The layout includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, and a second full bathroom. The third bedroom is an especially attractive feature for those who want extra independence: it is separate from the main house, on a higher level accessed by stairs, and offers a double bed, a full en-suite bathroom and its own private terrace—ideal when travelling as a group and looking for more privacy without giving up comfort. The villa includes free wifi. There is hot/cold air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning is programmed from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. If desired, unlimited use can be arranged for an additional supplement.
