Chalet Els Rafals is an authentic Mallorcan villa set in a privileged location in the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Surrounded by nature and with open mountain views, it offers privacy, tranquillity and a genuine experience in the heart of the mountains.
The house, with a rustic style and traditional character, is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining area, a second lounge with satellite TV and international channels, and free WiFi. The traditional Mallorcan-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. This floor also features a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an additional bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom with a private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning (scheduled from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm).
Outside, you will find a porch with a pleasant sitting area and outdoor dining space. From here you can access the swimming pool and sunbathing area, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the views. Next to the kitchen there is a stone barbecue with an outdoor dining area.
The property is located on an extensive private estate in the La Rafal area, around 15 minutes by car from the old town of Pollença, a charming village with restaurants, cafés and its well-known Sunday market. Puerto de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç are about 20 minutes away, offering crystal-clear beaches, beautiful coves and options for water sports.
A car is recommended to explore the surrounding area and discover the beauty of the Serra de Tramuntana.
