Its style blends modern lines with rustic details, featuring traditional Mallorcan stone and a carefully chosen local décor that adds warmth and character.
The villa is set in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute drive from both the historic centre of Pollença and Puerto de Pollença. In town you can stroll through history-filled streets, discover small cafés and restaurants and, if you are there on a Sunday, visit the famous local market. Cala Sant Vicenç is also close by, with several small coves of crystal-clear water, a few restaurants and a small supermarket. For added flexibility and to explore other parts of the island, a car is recommended.
Inside, the house is spacious and practical. The entrance opens directly into the lounge-dining area, a pleasant space with two comfortable sofas and satellite TV. Next to the dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the facilities you need to cook comfortably during your holiday, with modern appliances and utensils. On the same level you will find the four bedrooms: two double rooms, one single room and an additional bedroom arranged as a double depending on the home’s layout. The distribution is organised via corridors that connect the rooms to two full bathrooms, plus a separate laundry room.
For your comfort, free wifi is available throughout the house. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning with 24-hour availability, so you can set the temperature at any time, day or night.
Outside you will enjoy a large, private, well-kept garden with lawn areas, hedges and typical Mallorcan flowerbeds that provide privacy. The private pool, with an elevated design, includes a sunbathing area and a gentle waterfall, and it is also fitted with a safety fence, making it especially suitable for families. There is a barbecue area too, perfect for outdoor dinners and long evenings on the terrace. For entertainment, the villa offers table tennis, board games and garden games—ideal for sharing quality time together.

Pollença, nestled in the northern corner of Mallorca, Spain, is a charming town that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. This picturesque destination is a treasure trove for travelers seeking a serene escape with a touch of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The town's historic center is a labyrinth of narrow, winding streets that lead to the grand Plaça Major, the main square. Here, visitors can admire the imposing 13th-century church, Església de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels, and enjoy the bustling weekly market where local artisans and farmers showcase their products.
Pollença's Roman bridge, known as "Pont Romà," is a testament to the town's ancient past and is a popular spot for photographs. The Calvari steps, a set of 365 stone steps, offer a challenging climb rewarded with panoramic views of the town and the surrounding Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. At the top, the Oratory of Calvari is a peaceful sanctuary worth visiting.
For those interested in art and culture, the Museu de Pollença houses a collection of works by local and international artists, as well as artifacts that narrate the town's history. The town also hosts the prestigious Pollença Festival, which attracts music lovers with its classical concerts held in the atmospheric Santo Domingo cloister.
Nature enthusiasts will find Pollença an ideal base for exploring the Tramuntana range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hiking, cycling, and bird watching are popular activities in this region, with trails leading to stunning landscapes and hidden coves. The nearby Cap de Formentor offers dramatic cliffside views and the picturesque Formentor Beach, with its crystal-clear waters, is perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
Pollença's port, Port de Pollença, is a short drive away and is renowned for its beautiful beachfront promenade lined with cafes and restaurants. The port area also offers a range of water sports, including sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing.
The town's culinary scene reflects the rich agricultural heritage of the region, with local restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan dishes made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. From tapas bars to upscale dining, there's something to satisfy every palate.
