Villa Gabelli is a charming Mallorcan Villa with stunning mountain and panorama views, decorated carefully with stone walls and traditional details.The cottage style villa all on one level is bright and friendly and provides the perfect holiday home with private pool for family and friends.
The entry to the villa is directly into the comfortable lounge with cozy sitting area, flat screen TV and international channels can entertain you.
The dining area is integrated with the fully equipped open style kitchen, Absolutely beautiful is the perfect mixture between modern devices and traditional wooden elements.
Villa Gabelli provides unlimited free WiFi.
Down the corridor there is a light and airy twin bedroom and an equally bright double bedroom beside, both decorated with large wardrobes. The bathroom in between is comfortable with bath and toilet.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.
From the lounge, doors open onto the north facing front terrace which is partially covered by porch for outdoor dining under open sky and with easy access to the fantastic pool and sunbathing area. The stone built BBQ beside invites you to prepare nice grill events and dinners. There is an exterior utility room with shower/WC.
From here you will enjoy the fantastic panoramic views towards the mountains of the " Serra de Tramuntana " Natural World Heritage since 2011.
The mountains form a pretty backdrop to the villa and to the front of the property you can see the historic building of Finca de Gabelli Gran.
Villa Gabelli is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges, flowerbeds, plants and shrubs.
Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca and surrounded by many points of interest like :
Caves of Campanet, water fountains " Font Ufanes " and Sant Miquel chapel, one of the most ancient churches in Mallorca. The rural Hotel Monnaber Nou is near to Villa Gabelli and offers a restaurant with incredible views and culinary highlights.
Villa Gabelli is located in Campanet, a cozy small town situated on the top of a small hill. Just minutes drive from its picturesque village, where you will find a variety of cafes, traditional restaurants, bars and many typical shops with welcoming ambiance and folklore. Any Tuesday, you could visit its open-air market and find fresh farm products.
There is a big supermarket and grocery located 10 minutes drive.
In a fabulous location, 18 min drive from other villages like Pollença Old Town or Puerto Alcudia beach, the use of car is needed to move freely and make the most of your stay, as there’s much more to explore at the surroundings of Villa Gabelli!
