Villa Mairata is a stunning Mallorcan style villa just a few distance drive or nice walk from Pollença Old Town. The country style of the villa, combined with a modern and charming touch, provides lovely accommodation for your holiday. From the large covered terrace with wooden ceilings you can overlook the beautiful pool and breathtaking Mediterranean garden up to the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana, world heritage since 2011. A truly fabulous place to escape from the heat of midday or enjoy a barbecue and cocktails with friends and family by the pool.
The entrance to the villa leads directly into the large and nice decorated living room with comfortable sofas and flat screen TV with international channels to choose. Free WIFI . There is a fully equipped and very spacious open kitchen with all modern devices and equipment you may need during your holidays and to prepare nice lunches and dinners for your loved ones.
This beautiful villa offers 3 comfortable and individually decorated double bedrooms. located on two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with double beds and nice bath with shower beside and on the first floor a second double bedroom with direct access to the pool area and another one, these two bedrooms are sharing a large and spacious family bathroom.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
Villa Mairata is the perfect choice for a family holiday or a relaxing stay with friends, as you will be totally inspired by the peace and beauty of the Mallorcan enviroment and nature, but near enough to the old town of Pollensa.
The village of Pollensa offers several quality restaurants, bars and small cafes. The locality is full of history and this is evident in every place where you look. The Sundays market is especially colorful with local fruit, vegetables, nuts and spices.
There are several supermarkets within easy access distributed at the town.
Puerto de Pollensa, just 10 minutes by car, offers a long sandy beach to relax and a nice and spectacular bay. A wide selection of water sports for the more energetic, from renting a windsurf, kayak or sailboat to go water skiing or jet skiing.
In Cala San Vicente and Formentor, you find the ideal place to break out and enjoy a natural landscape while a pure and clear water or do diving. Cala San Vicente offers excellent restaurants serving delicious fresh fish and seafood!
There is also some virgin beaches in the area, like Cala Boquer with only access by foot and you will arrive in an hour of excursion to have an encounter with pure nature, clear blue water, peace and wonderful views. More information is available in our local tips guide sent before the stay.
Although car is not essential, it is recommended for additional flexibility as Villa Mairata is well placed to explore other beautiful and picturesque areas near Pollensa. The walking distance will be approx. a 25 -30 min walk to the village.
