In the ground floor, the lounge area has traditional wooden furnishings and a high ceiling with exposed beams. A comfortable sitting area with TV is situated close to the dining area. The well equipped and spacious kitchen is next to it with a breakfast table and direct access to the pool. In the same floor there is also has a double bedroom with a full bathroom en suite and a twin bedroom with bathroom in the corridor. The third bedroom with bathroom en suite is located on the first floor and offer marvelous views. All bedrooms continues the Spanish theme with elegant high quality furniture and sufficient storage for your holiday luggage. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach.
