Villa Suavet Petit is full of Spanish character and charm, with a beautiful private swimming pool, lawned garden, traditional design and views of the surrounding countryside.
It has been made great use of typical Mediterranean style and design. This spacious and charming villa on two levels provides good holiday accommodation and is decorated in friendly and charming colors. Free WiFi is available at Villa Suavet Petit.
It only takes five minutes drive to Pollensa Old town and to the beach of Puerto Pollensa. This fantastic three bedroom Villa, is very spacious with 220 m2, huge stunning private pool and a beautiful garden which ensures a good amount of sun throughout the day, the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. The additional outdoor kitchen with BBQ invites for alfresco dining day or night. Under the covered terrace there is a comfortable sitting area.
In the ground floor, the lounge area has traditional wooden furnishings and a high ceiling with exposed beams. A comfortable sitting area with TV is situated close to the dining area. The well equipped and spacious kitchen is next to it with a breakfast table and direct access to the pool.
In the same floor there is also has a double bedroom with a full bathroom en suite and a twin bedroom with bathroom in the corridor.
The third bedroom with bathroom en suite is located on the first floor and offer marvelous views. All bedrooms continues the Spanish theme with elegant high quality furniture and sufficient storage for your holiday luggage.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
