Villa La Rafal is a fabulous Villa with mountain views, includes touches of elegant design and comfort, in carved stone and the finest elements, as well as an excellent outdoor space that makes of it a perfect holiday accommodation.
The cottage style villa is all on one level. The entrance through the living room, which is accessed directly from the large outdoor terrace, gives a good degree of light and warmth. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern utensils and equipment you may need for your holidays. It enjoys unlimited free WIFI for use.
Down the corridor there is a bright and airy double bedroom and another room with two single beds. A natural stone design bathroom is located in this area.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
From the living room doors open onto the terrace, ideal for dining out at night with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also a local stone BBQ, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
From here, there is great views to the valley and some of the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana, inspiring landscape to start the day!
The pool is made with a modern design with natural effect, low depth water and purified with salt, so it is in line with an integral health.
Villa La Rafal is situated on a large plot surrounded by hedges, plants and shrubs with beautiful lawns and flowering plants with fences on the perimeter.
In a fabulous location, just a twenty minute walk from the center of Pollensa across the field, makes this villa ideal for those not wishing to drive everywhere.
Villa La Rafal is located in the Colonya valley area in Pollensa, with mountains in the background and the village near it. From here you can walk to the center of Pollensa (20 min) where you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars that the village has to offer, from local tapas to fine and expensive restaurants, as well as shops and other traditional and current businesses.
The town is submerged in history and this is evident everywhere you look, from the Church of the Plaza Mayor and the beautiful landscape Calvary steps. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit, vegetables, nuts and spices.
There are several supermarkets within easy access distributed at the town.
Puerto de Pollensa, just 10 minutes by car, offers a long sandy beach to relax and a nice and spectacular bay. A wide selection of water sports for the more energetic, from renting a windsurf, kayak or sailboat to go water skiing or jet skiing.
In Cala San Vicente and Formentor, you find the ideal place to break out and enjoy a natural landscape while a pure and clear water or do diving. Cala San Vicente offers excellent restaurants serving delicious fresh fish and seafood!
Although a car is not essential, it is recommended for additional flexibility as Villa La Rafal it is well located to explore other beautiful and picturesque areas near the town of Pollensa and its coastline.
