A large patio and a deck provide plenty of opportunity for outdoor living, and a gas grill is included for epic alfresco meals.
Larger groups can spread out with a living area on every floor. The lower living area and the third-floor loft each include a smart TV for flexible entertainment. There’s also a collection of board games in the loft. A dedicated desk in the lower living area is equipped for work-from-home convenience. Cozy evenings can be spent gathered in front of the wood stove in the great room. The open-concept kitchen features a full suite of major appliances, abundant cabinets, and ample counter space including a floating island.
Year-round activities and opportunities for adventure can be found just a short drive from home, including Silver Mountain Resort (40 mi.), The Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course, and hiking and fishing in Coeur d’Alene National Forest. Downtown CDA and Downtown Harrison are both within a 20-mile drive of the home.
