River Cottage is a newly remodeled luxury cabin overlooking the Little Pigeon River and is just steps to Riverside drive and the Gatlinburg strip. Enjoy a modern farmhouse with luxury finishes inside and sounds and views of the river from the deck outside. You can cast a line and catch trout right off your deck (fishing license required). Retire in the hot tub or covered outdoor firepit area.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.
Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.
