Pool hours 10AM - 8PM, Memorial Day through Labor Day. No more than 4 people per home allowed at the pool at one time. All guests 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Fob is required to use the pool and one is included with the rental. NOTE: A $100 fee will be assessed for any lost or stolen fobs. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
