Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
IMPORTANT - The Peninsula Community registration forms must be completed 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to submit these by the deadline will result in a $100 late fee assessed to the reservation.
Parties and large gatherings (more than eight) are not permitted.
Guests are required to pay a Club Access Fee to use the above facilities, payable at the Athletic Center upon arrival. Daily or weekly passes are available. During In Season 5/23/25 through 9/1/25, there is no Saturday use for rental guests. Depending on the season and day of the week, adult (16+ years) rates range from $10-$30/day or $51-$110/weekly, and child (6-15 years) rates range from $5-$15/day or $25-$55/weekly.
