BEDROOM
The bedroom provides a spacious and calm environment with a huge and comfortable king size bed, with a fitting velvet headboard plus plenty of fresh, crips white bed linen. With plenty of storage for your personal belongings a hair dryer, full length mirror and a dressing table, all guest needs are catered for.
LIVING ROOM
The cosy living space has a comfortable sofa (which turns into a double bed) and Smart TV (with excellent Wifi throughout the flat); relax together and watch your favourite movie. You can also eat together at the dining table. The living room gives direct access to the stunning, sunny private terrace with comfortable built in seating and catches the sun.
KITCHEN
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all you need to cook a sumptuous meal for you and your travel partner(s). We provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil and all the essentials you will need for a perfect time away from home including glassware, cookware, cutlery, crockery and a microwave.
BATHROOM
The newly refurbished bathroom comes equipped with large towels, hand towels, a bath mat and guest toiletries; all you need after a day of traveling to freshen up.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Outside you’ll find your own unique oasis that’s a sun trap in the summer months. The super stylish terrace has comfortable built in seating with plenty of cushions and throws creating an outdoor living space where you can read a book, meditate, practice yoga, sunbathe, dine al fresco or just be. When the sun is out, you won’t want to leave!

ON FOOT
It is easy to explore Brighton on foot, and all of the main attractions are close together - thanks to our amazing location, plenty of them are right on the doorstep!
CAR / PARKING
Parking can be difficult in central Brighton so if possible, we advise travelling here by train if possible. There are several car parks nearby the property, please check prices first as they can be expensive. There are also many pay and display parking spots very close to the property where you can park for a few hours and leave the car overnight from 8pm to 9am.
An alternative is to book a parking space with JustPark, which is like OTA for parking spaces.
TRAIN
Brighton railway station is less than 1 mile away, with fast trains to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, Kings Cross and other cities.
BUS
If you wish to explore by bus, there are plenty of frequent buses to all parts of the city and beyond that stop right near to the apartment.
CYCLING
Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
- The property uses an electricity and gas meter. If the power runs out, the meter will need topping up. The meter is located in the cupboard opposite the bathroom. If the power runs out, simply remove and insert the key again to start the emergency power which will last for a day and let us know so in the meantime, our property manager can attend to top up the meter.
- There is a water tank at the property. When the hot water runs out you will have to wait for the tank to be warmed up again, this normally takes 2 hrs.
- For group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over - thank you for your co-operation.
- Strictly NO parties or late night noise: please check the HOUSE RULES.
- Please note there are 9 steps to the front door plus 14 steps to first floor flat.

About the area
If you want to come to Brighton to visit all our wonderful city has to offer or have yourself a quiet weekend away or both at the same time then you have chosen the right place to stay as you are still within a 20 min walk to the famous Laines full of antique finds and vintage ware.
The Round Hill estate is a residential conservation area with many period town house and flats dating back to the 1800s. This location has the added benefit of being near to great restaurants and many pubs.
The iconic Victorian independent Duke of York Cinema with the lively Joker pub at Preston circus is a brisk ten-minute walk from the apartment that leads to the vibrant London Road shopping area with its, bars, cafes and restaurants plus the indoor market selling organic food, plants and gifts. From London Road you can access the Brighton train station which will give you direct access to surrounding cities including London- under an hour away, Portsmouth, Hastings and many more.
Just 5 minutes away is the award-winning vegan pub eatery, “The roundhouse” serving a great vegan Sunday roast if you fancy a local offering!
Just 7 mins walk from the flat you will reach the large green space known as The Level, often host to regular events such as the lady Boys of Bangkok, the Brighton Fringe festival and Christmas markets.
From here a pleasant walk along its tree lined path takes you to the beautiful St Peters Church (our Brighton “cathedral”) Brighton Pavilion, the Theatre Royal and the Lanes with its fountains, open green spaces to sit and enjoy a coffee or tipple from the cafes and bars along the way.
You will soon arrive at Brighton Palace Pier and the beachfront with its art galleries and quirky independent shops.
After exploring the city, you may find your legs need a rest from the slight incline home so hop on one of Brighton's trendy bicycles scattered all over town. Deliveroo offers so much choice from our local restaurants you won’t run out of options if you decide on a cosy night in!
