Here at the Red Pine Condominiums, you’ll have access to wonderful facilities across the seasons. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor pool deck, both indoor and outdoor hot tubs to soothe you after a day on the slopes, tennis and sand volleyball courts, saunas, and a clubhouse with a pool table. When you’re not getting around Canyons Village on foot, you’ll be less than five miles from Main Street in Park City and six miles from Deer Valley Resort. Enter this condo and be greeted by lofty ceilings and views of the mountains. Slide open the balcony doors to get the gas grill going on summer days. Come winter, curl up by the gas fireplace, crack open a good book, or find a favorite movie to watch on cable or streaming. The compact full kitchen is well-appointed with every essential appliance and an eat-in dining table. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
