Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Maximum occupancy of 3 couples or 3 singles; bachelor(ette) or party groups not allowed. Excessive noise not allowed. Pool is not heated. $75/day to heat pool. Paid to PM directly. Long term rentals of 15 or more nights may be charged a fee for excessive utility usage. The guest is responsible for water usage above the allotted 20,000L. Please be sure to conserve and do not leave A/C running with doors open.
