This 81-square-meter sanctuary invites you to experience the perfect blend of contemporary living and beach-inspired charm, ensuring a remarkable stay in Barcelona. Ascea has two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, creating a private oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, a dedicated workstation and an outdoor sitting area enhance the comfort of this space. The second bedroom, adorned with a single bed, offers a cozy retreat. The second detached bathroom is chic and functional in design. The heart of Ascea is its open plan living room and kitchen, a space adorned with coastal essence through the color scheme and wooden pieces. The fully furnished kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample space for preparation. The dining table is perfect for intimate meals and shared conversations. In the living room, an entertainment system provides relaxation and enjoyment. Step through the sliding glass doors and onto the terrace, where an outdoor sitting and dining area invite you to bask in the Mediterranean sun. The air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom ensures a cool and inviting indoor environment, even in the summer. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room and 1 bedroom. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
