Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. This spectacular 115 square meter flat benefits from high ceilings and natural light from large windows in the living room. Domed archways and colourful tiles are carefully balanced with minimalist and rustic design in this 2 bedroom 1 bath flat. Upon entering the space, there is a private office area with a custom built desk made by a local craftsman. The kitchen, with a wooden high table, comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art cooking utensils and appliances. Find the first bedroom across the hall fitted with a queen-sized bed and tatami-style bed frame, with large full-body mirrors adorning the right wall. The living room area, decorated in beige and earthy tones, leads to a large patio, where guests will find a dining area overlooking Barcelona. The main bedroom has a queen-sized and ample storage space. A small private patio comes with a hammock, ideal for hanging out. The full bathroom has a shower with a rain shower head. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and fans in one Bedroom. All linens and towels are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
