Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- From 11/01 to 12/31: 1 EUR per person (adults). 1 EUR per person (children from 13 to 21 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.
- From 04/01 to 10/31: 2 EUR per person (adults). 2 EUR per person (children from 13 to 21 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.
- From 01/01 to 03/31: 1 EUR per person (adults). 1 EUR per person (children from 13 to 21 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.
- - Optional services:
- Pool towels: 5 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 6.
- Food & Beverage Welcome Pack: 15 EUR per person. Min.: 2 EUR. Max. quantity: 10.
- Extra Cleaning : 70 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 3.
- Airport Transfer - FARO to PRAIA DA LUZ: 90 EUR per booking.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
