No matter the temperature outside, you’ll always stay cool and comfortable with perks like central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access. Located just minutes from Venice Beach, you’ll love the property’s close access to numerous restaurants, movie theaters, shops, golf clubs, and of course, beaches! Some popular attractions worth noting include the Shamrock Park and Nature Center, Brohard Paw Park, and the Venetian Waterway Park. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The two living quarters have separate entrances and private outdoor areas. 2 dog(s), weighing 40lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
