Inside Mid-Century Marvel, you’ll be pleased to find high ceilings, soft furnishings, and ample natural lighting. The open-concept interior makes it easy to enjoy moments with your loved ones. When you aren’t streaming your favorite show in the living room, head for the sunny atrium, nestled right in the middle of the home. Or, stretch out and relax in the designated yoga area. Radiantly gleaming, the chef’s kitchen displays stainless steel appliances and plenty of meal prep space. As you explore the rest of the home, you will be thrilled to find three equally plush bedrooms, impressive bathrooms, an office/den, and a separate laundry area. This home also has central air conditioning. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
