Head down the scenic road known as the Devil’s Backbone to Wimberley, located 14 miles away. You’ll also be less than 25 miles from outlet shopping in San Marcos and Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Resort in New Braunfels. Or head out and explore Blanco, less than 20 miles away. This beautiful home presents you with an extensive backyard offering impressive views and a wonderful spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your family and friends. The covered patio provides a great shaded place to lounge while the gas grill allows you to show off your barbecuing skills and surprise your guests with delicious grilled treats. End your day watching the gorgeous sunset. Inside, this air-conditioned retreat enjoys a quaint open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area featuring comfy furniture and a large smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces for the group. When mealtime comes, this home offers three separate dining areas - one right next to the living area, another one adjacent to the kitchen, and a third one attached to the garage with impressive views. This retreat also enjoys a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and a second fridge for additional storage. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: No parking available. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
