The top deck is perfect for relaxing in the hammock or lounge chairs, barbecuing, and alfresco dining while watching the sailboats or the sunsets. The bottom patio is suited for games, including a shuffleboard court, corn hole set, and ladder ball set. The furry members of your family will also love the enclosed grassy yard available off the downstairs patio.
Inside, the open floor plan maximizes special moments with your loved ones. The gorgeous chef’s kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large center island. The in-kitchen dining table is ideal for both large meals and card games. The adjacent living room boasts ample seating and a large smart TV.
Down the hallway, you’ll find the home’s primary bedroom, a private workspace for your remote work needs, a half bathroom, and a laundry area. Well-decorated for your comfort and enjoyment, the primary bedroom boasts an attached game room - which will be well-loved by the entire family. The primary en suite bathroom is a place of pure relaxation with its walk-in shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities.
The lower level of the home features two full-sized bedrooms, an additional bunk room, and a large ADA-compliant bathroom with an entry shower. Additional interior perks include an elevator, central air-conditioning, and children’s items like baby gates, children’s games, a Pack-N-Play, and a highchair.
This house’s prime location is minutes from Boat Ramp #1, Overlook Park, the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River, and the Whitewater Amphitheater. Other nearby attractions include Schlitterbahn Waterpark New Braunfels, Jacob’s Creek Park, Wimberley Market Days, Gruene Hall, and Natural Bridge Caverns and Wildlife Ranch.

Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
4 dog(s), weighing 86lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
