Between the two homes, there are three bedrooms and two large lofts - ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer, a Sonos speaker system (in the main home), board games, and smart TVs. A true focal point of the property is the expansive outdoor space. Things to Know: The swim deck and dock are not permitted for guest use. No outside guests are allowed. No events or large gatherings are permitted. RVs and buses are not allowed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
