Spacious enough for your entire family or friend group, the property boasts both a main home and a guest house with separate entryways. Both of these spaces feature full kitchens, private bathrooms, and spacious main living areas. As you enjoy views of Beaver Lake from the stunning architectural windows, get comfortable amongst the expertly decorated interiors. High ceilings, ample natural lighting, and beautiful furnishings invite you in and encourage you to stay awhile. With plenty of space to sit, visit, dine, and entertain - no one’s comfort will go unattended to. Between the two homes, there are three bedrooms and two large lofts - ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. Off the primary suite, indulge in moments of self-care from the luxury of an indoor/outdoor shower (available from Memorial Day to Labor Day). Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer, a Sonos speaker system (in the main home), board games, and smart TVs.
A true focal point of the property is the expansive outdoor space. In between the two homes, discover a shared firepit, lined by Edison bulbs - perfect for twilight conversations. The covered outdoor kitchen and seating area make your dream cookouts possible! Gather your favorite people together for pizzas made in the pizza oven, and barbecues prepared with the help of the grill and smoker. When you aren’t indulging in a delicious bite, follow the gentle slope down to the water and take an invigorating dip. Enjoy the quiet cove away from the bustle and waves of the main channel. If you are bringing your own boat, Lost Bridge South boat launch is just up the road.
