This lower-level condo offers the perfect home base for all your upcoming adventures! When you book this splendid retreat, you are granted access to a variety of entertaining and unique amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. You will find a private beach, docks and boat access, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, a playground, a BBQ area with charcoal grills and picnic tables, a seasonal hot tub, pool & children’s pool (seasonal: pool/hot tub season goes from Memorial Day to Labor Day), golf on-site, and a firepit area. The home is right off of Castle Rock Lake. This lake is part of the Wisconsin River. They are Petenwell Lake and Lake Arrowhead. There is a UTV/ATV park called Dyracuse Park 30 mins from the home. The home is located on Northern Bay Golf Course. They have easy access to play golf or watch golfers from outside. Other golf corses nearby are such as Mound view golf, about 10 mins away. Also Lake Arrowhead Pines Golf about 30 Mins away.
This lower-level gem boasts a beautifully decorated open floor plan with elegant wooden accents throughout. Spread out comfortably in the sunny and welcoming living area after a fantastic day trying out all the on-site amenities - curl up on the sofa and stream fun shows on the smart TV and if you start feeling a tad cold, the gas fireplace will keep you nice and toasty.
