Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- THE PRICE FOR 14 PEOPLE INCLUDES 5 BEDROOMS IN THE MAIN VILLA AND 2 BEDROOMS IN THE ANNEX. THE PRICE FOR 5 BEDROOMS IS JUST FOR THE MAIN VILLA (5 BEDROOMS)
- IN CASE OF RENTING THE MAIN VILLA ONLY THE NUMBER OF GUESTS CANNOT EXCEED 10 AND IN CASE OF RENTING VILLA + ANNEX IT CANNOT EXCEED 14.
- CHILDREN FROM 2 YEARS OLD UPWARDS COUNT TOWARDS OCCUPACY.
- IN CASE OF GROUPS OF 8 PEOPLE, ONLY 4 BEDROOMS IN THE MAIN VILLA WILL BE AVAILABLE
- (THE BEDROOM SUITE ON THE GROUND FLOOR WILL BE CLOSED)
- - Final cleaning included
- - Daily cleaning 4 hr. a day included Mon to Sat.
- Each extra hr. 16 Euro per hour.
- - Daily cleaning of the pool and of the solarium area
- WELCOME BASKET (NO DINNER)
- - Air conditioning NOT included according to consumption (0.50 Euro/KWH)
- - Pets only upon request a well-behaved dog is admitted Euro 60 per week.
- - Heating NOT included according to consumption (Euro 5 per m3)
