Chateau La Siroque

The Villa, who was renovated in the 2019, is located in Montecatini Val di Cecina (Pisa), in the Tuscan countryside between Volterra and Lajatico (the village of the Maestro Andrea Bocelli). The property is within an estate of more than twenty hectares with vineyards, olive groves and forests. Special services, as private chef for in-house dining, relaxing messages, touristic guides, bike rentals, etc. The Villa can be used also as wedding venue. At the moment, the production of grapes amounts to about 300 quintals per year. The house has a capability of ten/twelve beds and it is composed of two apartments. The one at ground floor (two hundred square meters) has three matrimonial bedrooms, three bathrooms (whose one with idro-shower), laundry, studio, wide living room with fireplace, table for ten people convertible in a magnificent billiard, kitchen with microwave, hoven, fridge, dishwasher, wine cellars, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, ice machine, etc. At the first floor there are two delicious junior suite with matrimonial bedrooms (fifty square meters each), whose one has a little cooking corner, a table for 4 people, fridge, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, toaster, orange juicer. Each of them has the fireplace, an exclusive bathroom, and an outdoor terrace with panoramic view. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioners. Outside, in addition to a wonderful fenced swimming pool (12 mt x 6 mt), there is a barbecue zone next to a pergola with a table for ten people for open air breakfasts or dinners. There is also a vegetable garden and on the roof of the winery there are be located two fantastic sofas where enjoying the amazing landscape.
