This fantastic suburban home sits in the heart of Portland’s Bridlemile neighborhood. Nestled up against the west hills you will find you are just minutes from downtown Portland, the Oregon Zoo, and countless other places to explore.
Inside you will find a home that has been remodeled and upgraded with all new décor and furnishing. Every bit was procured to create that perfect blend of style and comfort during your stay. The main level enjoys both a sitting area by the fire and a traditional living room. Just beyond the kitchen opens up to a formal dining area and another small sitting area. The entire floor is bathed in natural light from all sides while also being surrounded by green trees, bushes, and foliage year round.
Step out onto the large deck and enjoy the serene setting while grilling up your favorite culinary creation on the BBQ. Don’t miss the garage that has been fully converted into a wonderful entertainment space with a pool table, streaming TV, and ample seating for all.
Ascending upstairs are the bedrooms. The primary has a king bed and the other a queen bed. Every room is spacious, comfortable, and updated. There is little doubt the Bridlemile Cottage will be the perfect home for you to stay and enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don’t reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
