This unbeatable location allows you to be within a short distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and must-visit attractions, including Nipomo Regional Park, Monarch Dunes Golf Club, Laetitia Vineyard & Winery, PCPA - Pacific Conservatory Theatre, Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum, Pismo Beach Monarch Butterfly Grove, and Waller Park.
This sunny escapade enjoys a private front patio with plenty of inviting seating and a gas/wood grill to prepare the most delicious grilled treats for the crew. Inside, this air-conditioned home boasts not one, but two living areas, each as welcoming as the other. Upon entering, you will discover one of the living areas that seamlessly opens up to the dining area. Go down a short flight of stairs to reach the second living area, which offers numerous sofas, a Roku smart TV, plenty of entertaining board games, and a gas fireplace that will keep you nice and warm during your stay. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious homemade meals in the spacious, bright kitchen, complete with modern appliances. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, with a primary suite featuring its own en suite bath. Off-road and ATV/RV parking on the property adds convenience during your stay.
