Welcome to your 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in Telopea.
You can access all the property’s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50" Kogan smart TV that you can use. The TV has access to local channels. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The carport provides parking space for one car. Free street parking is also available:

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Manuka Oval is just 1 minute and Lake Burley Griffin is within a 10-15 minute stroll of this Telopea apartment. The National Gallery of Australia is a 3-minute drive and Old Parliament House is a 5-minute drive away from this apartment.
You will never be built out of this ground-floor courtyard apartment facing historic Telopea Park.
There are also bus stops nearby. Kingston Shops Giles St - 1 minute drive (300m) from the apartment is the nearest.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

> Roof & Balcony Works Update:
Roof replacement works are currently underway, commencing from the Currie Crescent end and progressing in stages over the coming weeks. Upper roof works will follow. Scaffolding will be installed at the front of the building and may affect some balconies and courtyards. Contractors will be onsite during business hours. Noisy works are expected at times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
