For your complete convenience, this home is furnished with a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. Two beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for beachgoing ventures. Close to your stay, visit the historic Edison & Ford Winter Estates, hike around Four Mile Ecological Preserve, get your boat in the water at the Horton Park & Boat Ramp, and practice your swing at The Forest Country Club Golf. Make a day out of a trip to the nearby Sam Fleishman Regional Sports Complex, which includes an aquatic center with water slides. Additionally, it features a racquet club complete with six pickleball courts and eight tennis courts with Har-Tru lighting, all of which were resurfaced in 2021. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
