Sea Escape is located in the exclusive Key Colony Beach, a place where you can fish, swim, sunbathe, go kayaking, dive, go snorkeling, play golf, ride a boat, relax, and most of all have a good time. Just walking distance from the house, you have a few dining options plus accessibility to the private Cabana Club, where you can enjoy a sandy beach, swimming pool, full bar, and a snack bar with great choices for lunch. No boat, no problem; at the entrance of Key Colony Beach, you can rent one. Sea Escape includes a dock space of up to 34 feet with quick access to the open ocean. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
