Sea Escape is located in the exclusive Key Colony Beach, a place where you can fish, swim, sunbathe, go kayaking, dive, go snorkeling, play golf, ride a boat, relax, and most of all have a good time. Just walking distance from the house, you have a few dining options. No boat, no problem; at the entrance of Key Colony Beach, you can rent one. Sea Escape includes a dock space of up to 34 feet with quick access to the open ocean. We hope your time at Sea Escape adds wonderful memories and brings you closer to nature. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
