This 4-story townhome is located in the South Slope district of downtown Asheville. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 2 half baths, plus a private loft on its own floor with a queen-sized pull-out sofa. It is equipped with a private elevator for convenient access to all floors and a roof-top patio.
You’ll step right outside your front door to local breweries, restaurants, and even a spa(!) while also being conveniently located near the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors.
2 parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 located inside the private garage, (6’8 H, 8’6 W, 17’ L), and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes.
