Charming 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo on the 2nd level above the Chop Shop. The center of town is less than a mile away, a 2 minute uber/Lyft ride to all of downtown restaurants and shops. There is one parking space for this rental located in the parking lot beside and behind the King James Building. This parking lot is shared with City Bakery and the Bone and Broth Restaurant so there are no assigned spaces.
