Fourth floor, 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living room, and balcony. Enjoy the convenience to all things downtown Asheville! There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.
This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental.
This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
