Inspired by the jungle, Aketi combines modern design with traditional Mediterranean architecture. Resting in the heart of Esquerra de Eixample, this apartment encapsulates Barcelona. Stroll down the many promenades speckling the neighborhood or try some of the local flavors. Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Aketi is the place to come home to. Aketi offers comfort and style within its 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed in the middle of the space atop of a traditional Catalan tiled floor. The wooden touches and decorative woven details bring the bedroom to life. From there, the bedroom opens up to the living room, where the traditional floor tiles continue. The living room is complete with a dedicated workstation and a full entertainment system. Both spaces have doors that open up into a balcony. The high ceilings bring a feeling of grandeur to the apartment. From the living room, guests will find the separate dining room with a table that seats four. Here, the apartment takes on a jungle feel through the wooden furniture, which is contrasted by the exposed brick walls. The fully furnished kitchen is sleek and stylish with modern finishings and brick walls. The bathroom is chic in design and includes a walk in shower. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please, note that this apartment does not allow pets. *Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
