This affluent neighborhood has streets lined with Gaudí’s architecture and upscale restaurants and shops. After a day of exploring, come home to Agerola, with its well-appointed living spaces, charming balcony, and modern amenities, for a delightful coastal retreat in the heart of the city. Spanning 79 square meters, Agerola is designed with comfort and style in mind. The apartment features two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms is located in a loft above the living room, providing a unique and cozy sleeping space. Both bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, offering convenience and privacy during your stay. The heart of Agerola is the inviting living room, where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. This bright and airy space with woven furniture pieces and touches of green gives an ode to the peaceful seaside. Sink into the comfortable seating area and enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the entertainment system. The dining table provides a cozy spot for meals. Step outside from the living room and onto the charming balcony. With its outdoor dining table, the balcony is a perfect spot to soak up the sun, enjoy a morning coffee, or dine alfresco. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite dishes. To ensure your comfort during your stay, Agerola is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms. This allows you to adjust the temperature to your liking and create a pleasant indoor environment, no matter the weather outside. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room and 1 bedroom. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
