Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Short tourist lease according to D.L. 50/2017 - Rental agreement for tourist stays to be signed at a distance or at check-in.
- - All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
- With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00
- Special prices are provided for chef requests at home for breakfast, lunch and dinner or/ and catering at home.
- Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will be as follows:
- - **twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of customers, daily cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms with change of towels (except pool towels, bathrobe and slippers, where provided) and sheets;
- ** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is provided as shown above.
- - if the stay is more than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (e.g. 12 nights), there is an intermediate transition mid-stay.
- - for stays and reservations of multiple 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is provided as shown above.
- During the high season the weekly cleaning will be done mainly on Saturday.
- Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.
- Arrival between 15:00 and 20:00
- Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
