The large dining area overlooks the large private garden where you can enjoy drinks on a summer’s day and the kids can run about and let off some steam. The open plan kitchen and dining area creates a light and airy feel to the property, giving you that home away from home feel.
It is a short trip into Ayr town centre where you can explore all the lively cafes, restaurants and bars that are on offer. And after a busy day, what better way to relax than curling up on the couch and watching a movie with friends and family.
There is a driveway at the front of the property where you can park your car.

Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
